Detailed Procedure

1. Display the two images files: First, open an image map, in the Available Bands List window, click Load Band to show that an image map, click on the No Display button to select the new display, and then load the file from the first FIG two images;

2. Select the correction mode: Select Registration under Map Select on the ENVI Classic bar Image to Image mode, the pop-up Image to Image Registration window, select the image you want to correct the reference (Base Image) to be corrected and image ( Warp Image), here to distinguish Oh! !

3. Acquisition Point Control: FIG two images in the display window, the cursor to select the same point in red, and then click the Add Point Ground Contral Points ... window, add to the control point.

4. automatically find the point: After finding a few points (greater than 3), you can let the computer automatically find point and click Automaticall Generate Point Options in the Ground Contral Points ... window.

5. Adjust the control points: In Ground Contral Points ... window, click the Hide List to see the control point table, see error control point (the RMS), delete the error comparison point A or by adjusting the position of the point goto update, such that the total RMS reduced. (FIG image correction RMS <1)

6. Correction: In Ground Contral Points ... window, select Warp File or Warp File (as image map) Options in, after selecting a correction file, and then adjust each of the correction parameters to the pop-up window.

7. Test: FIGS contrast reference image and the after completion of the correction, can be corrected, the correction to verify correct.
