Can approximate full-screen, you can not hide the title bar, follow these steps:
1, the desktop blank, right, select New --- shortcuts;
2, type cmd, and click Next;
3, can change the name, click Finish;
4. Right-new cmd shortcut, select Properties;
5. Click the Layout tab, the screen buffer size and window size are according to your monitor resolution settings, click OK;
