The reason given:
Generate a dump file database version 8.0, the file you want to import sql database version 5.6, because it is a high-low version version of into, causing 1273 error
Solution:
Open the sql file, all files are utf8mb4_0900_ai_cireplaced with a utf8_general_ciutf8mb4replacement for the utf8
run sql file again after save, run successfully
(2) conversion using navicat
