.net: System.Web.Mail vs System.Net.Mail which should be used

.NET System.Web.Mail is not entirely local SMTP protocol implementation. Instead, it uses the function COM preexisting CDONTS. Instead, System.Net.Mail is a fully managed implementation of SMTP client.

System.Net.Mail problem is far less than it avoids COM hell of a problem.
