1. The task analysis is a prerequisite

5.检索是一个不断试错的过程,要随时修改检索策略

  一般来说,当检索结果不理想时,可以从以下几点考虑检索式的调整:

(1)检索词是否准确?是否有同义词、近义词或其它隐含的词未被抽取。

(2)检索式是否准确?是否有全角字符?组配算符是否正确合理?

(3)检索字段是否合理?可考虑从不同的检索字段(比如题名、关键词、主题字段)进行试检索,必要时用全文检索

(4)检索工具是否选择正确?必要时换个检索工具

6.善用数据库的结果分析可以事半功倍

  • 被引频次、下载频次:找到最有影响的文章
  • 作者:了解课题相关研究的国内外作者(同行)信息
  • 机构名称:了解课题相关研究机构
  • 出版年:了解课题研究发展趋势
  • 来源出版物:了解课题相关文献主要发表期刊
  • 学科类别:了解课题相关研究的跨学科/领域的发展应用
  • 参考文献与引证文献:参考文献,越查越旧,找到信息源头;引证文献,越查越新,找到最新进展

7.原始文献获取

  • 图书馆购买的网络全文数据库
  • 馆藏印刷文献
  • 网络搜索可以获得部分免费的文献
  • 文献传递和馆际互借:杭电图书馆目前已经和国家图书馆、上海图书馆等建立稳定的合作关系,通过ZADL和CASHL可以进行文献传递(研究生补贴政策
  • 其他免费途径:文献互助社区、向作者索取全文
