Update
sudo apt update
installation
sudo apt install plymouth-themes
Download theme
this step themselves to org.gnome.themes to download.
Set download the theme as the default theme
First you download the mobile theme to / usr / share / plymouth / themes / below.
sudo update-alternatives --install /usr/share/plymouth/themes/default.plymouth
default.plymouth /usr/share/plymouth/themes/"path/to-your-plymouth.plymouth" 100
Note: The "path / to-your-plymouth.plymouth" Replace your theme .plymouth in the corresponding file.
Execute the following command to apply the update.
sudo update-initramfs -u
Now restart on the line
