4. 速度和流量

        这里可以稍微提一下加载图像的方式,大家很可能会忽略。实际项目中,我们发现,基层老百姓,流量还是挺宝贵的。所以,最好能做Lazy加载方式,也就是看哪张图,加载哪张图像。另外一种加载方式,是给院内wifi类用户使用,缺省将所有的影像全部加载,这种方式体验会很好,不比原生的程序的体感差。

5. 云胶片入口
5.1 二维码
5.1.1 可以院内PACS烧动态二维码,是云端二维的地址(一般不行)
5.1.2 PACS将PDF格式上传到云胶片厂商的前置服务器上,云厂商对此报告进行二维码烧写
5.1.3 院内PACS也可以只开放一个视图的方式,云胶片厂商将报告和检查信息收集到云端,通过配置模板,将从PACS获取的报告内容生成带有二维码的PDF(可能和医院模板稍有差别,但是不会影响实际使用)。
5.1.4 如院内PACS厂商不配合或者要的钱很多的情况下,也可以通过虚拟打印服务器自动截取打印pdf,然后识别、烧写二维码、然后再打印
5.2 公众号
         由云胶片公司开发,通过设置菜单“查看云胶片”,进入历史列表;也可设置收费后再查看云胶片,收费方和关注公众号可以设置不同公众号。也可以通过匿名、期限、生成对应二维码方式

6 云胶片硬件配套

6.1 云胶片实体打印机

可以通过院内打印的条形码,扫描后直接打印出带有二维码的报告。然后通过扫描二维码的报告,绑定获取云胶片

6.2 临床、手术室阅片器

此设备是用来替换原有观片灯的设备,具有可移动,可触控,屏幕通过CFDA或者FDA的一款专业级产品。

7. 其他

        围绕报告,现在又衍生出报告解读,二次问诊,名字解释,相似病例,AI病灶分类定位等等其他的业务,不详述。
