Solve (my method is to solve the problem) Option One:
1. Right-click on any folder and select TortoiseSVN -> Settings
2. Select Icon Overlays (overlays) from the displayed dialog box, Status cache right select Shell

原来在系统中的Windows ExplorerShell 所支持的Overlay Icon最多只有15个（因为查看的资料有些早，现在我不知道这个数字有没有变，下同），Windows自身使用了4个，所以供用户使用的就只有11个，这里Tortoise就占了9个，如果系统中有同样的软件，优先占用了这个资格，那自然SVN的图标显示的就不正常了。
