在创新方面，伊利与荷兰瓦赫宁根大学合作建立了伊利欧洲创新中心；
在可持续发展方面，伊利与世界自然基金会（WWF）合作，共同开展“东北湿地保护项目”，打造生物多样性保护的“中国样本”；
在市场方面，伊利登陆全球第四人口大国印尼，并在东南亚市场开始广泛延伸；
在资源方面，伊利投资建设了大洋洲生产基地，并在2019年收购新西兰第二大乳业合作社Westland，全球资源链进一步强化……

今年在达沃斯，潘刚和他领导下的伊利再次展现其魅力——举办本次冬季达沃斯唯一一场专注“健康”的重磅活动“伊利健康之夜“。1月22日晚，中国企业、中国健康产品、中国饺子、中国声音在此交融，众多不同领域的嘉宾围绕着全球健康生态圈的发展进行着交流。
单板滑雪运动员、世界冠军刘佳宇说，健康不仅是饮食健康，运动也是大家非常重视的健康部分，伊利冬奥学院就是让大家都可以亲近冰雪运动，爱上冰雪运动，特别对青少年来说，运动可以让他们变得勇敢独立，成为更好的自己。
知名媒体人秦朔认为，要从全球化，多维度的角度来看待未来的健康，伊利提出的“全球健康生态圈”就是从全球化的角度去解决更广泛领域的健康问题。
世界自然基金会（WWF）全球食品业务负责人若昂·坎帕里说，当我们选择食物的时候，我们会做两个选择，一个是对自己健康的，一个是对地球健康的。很早以前伊利就开始从事环境保护方面的工作，这是带给所有人健康的礼物。
