First, the official website to download two oracle 11g archive:
And extract to the current folder. Online said they had to extract the same time, I finished a re-test decompression decompression another, no problem.
After unpacking finished entering the database folder click setup.exe to start the installation.
Do not fill in e-mail, put under "I want to receive security updates through my oracle support" removed, then the next step.
Then click "Create and configure database"
Because I am a notebook installation, so choose the desktop category, then choose to use in a production environment "server class"
Here I select the database version "Standard Edition", select Chinese characters of "ZHSGBK", manage passwords to remember.
I personally think that the prerequisite check or to check, so the lack of a certain frame of installation errors that may occur late prompted the installation fails, very troublesome.
Of course, you can select Ignore All
Near the end of the installation will set the password, I forgot to set up, later you can log in to the command line sys dba management, but trouble than it is now configured, it is recommended to set it.
At this point 11g installation is complete.
Next is mounted PL / SQL, and 64-bit 32-bit transfer client.

Click installation, the installation process by default.
After installation the first time into the PL / SQL will be prompted to register, click on the input crackers to crack the mystery of the above program code can be registered.
After the installation is complete, plsql click on the desktop icon, then select "Cancel" to enter the configuration interface.
Since my machine is equipped with a 64-bit 11g, and PL / SQL is no 64-bit version, it is recommended that either directly installed 32-bit 11g, either re-install the client a 64 turn 32, and then configure the client in PL / SQL in end path.
Here you need to download the client: instantclient_11_2
Then configure the oracle client path. (Where path is the path that you install the client, do not copy the map, the copy useless on the graph.)
在 客户端解压的目录 “plsql\instantclient_11_2” 下创建NETWORK 然后再在NETWORK下创建ADMIN目录
然后再将数据库 端tnsnames文件拷贝到ADMIN里。这里不建议自己新建tnsnames.ora文件，很容易出错，直接在数据库安装目录下找到这个.ora文件之后复制过来就可以了。
点击apply、OK，然后重启PL/SQL,若重启后不行，重新配置一次客户端路径再重启一次。
至此11g+PL/SQL安装完毕。
当然，若是32位的11g不存在这个客户端路径的问题，直接安装PL/SQL就可以使用，此处略。
