1.arcmap color

After the first open armap loading data, after setting the symbol rendering, save the data as a file .mxd

3.ArcMap2SLD (ArcGIS exporting SLD file) tool using the steps

3.1 download, unzip run Adjust_for_ArcGIS-version.bat (the machine must first install ArcGIS)
       3.2 add Chinese support.
              Open LUT_sld_mapping_file.xml file (upload file has been modified)
             modify the file <LUT> -> <sldConfiguration> - > <xmlEncoding> ISO-8859-1 as GB2312

             Open file LUT_sld_WorldMap_mapping_file.xml
             modify the file <LUT> -> <sldConfiguration> -> <xmlEncoding> ISO-8859-1 as GB2312

        3.3 Run ArcGIS_SLD_Converter.exe save each layer is provided as a separate file as shown in FIG sld:
