pulling mirror fails docker no matching manifest for windows / amd64 10.0.18362 in the manifest list entries

Use docker pull Mirror reported the following error:

At this time, right-click the docker, open setting, select daemon, select Advanced, then the "experimental": false changed to "experimental": true
