Offline package installation
(1) download the package
https://pan.baidu.com/s/1JTXYjZwb6Shyz-GS_ppZpA extraction code (brzr) 
(2) Copy the folder downloaded three jars jar files to the installation directory eclipse the plugins directory.
(3) open eclipse, clicking on the pop-up window Available Software Sites Help-> the Install New Software, as shown below
(4) all the way to next.
(5) to restart the eclipse.
(6) At this point it is possible there may be a failed installation, only need to reinstall once.
