Encountered when using pymysql a problem, obviously has been installed successfully, but when the import or error.
Looking for a long time, finally found the problem.
pycharm in the File> setting> Project untitled> Project Interpreter> right click the + sign and then search PyMySQL then click on the lower left corner of the Install download
After the installation is complete it.
Note that this is a project that is to be switched, the project has this package, but other projects may not have.
