python3 of pip3 default source is too slow, so we have to enhance the use of results, often choose domestic sources.

In fact, very simple, the script is as follows:

mkdir -p ~/.pip
vim ~/.pip/pip.conf

Then writes the contents of the following ~ / .pip / pip.conf can.

I used the source watercress here, except that of habit, of course, we can also use other domestic Tsinghua University and other sources.
