After the new computer clone project found that Project Interpreter can not be configured, can not be applied to select the New environment, Hover Location prompted Environment location directory is not empty.
The reason is that when the project push, venv file in the project folder also be uploaded when the project comes with the environment is not available, the folder exists has led to Pycharm not create a new environment.
The solution is the venv folder manually remove items and then restart Pycharm New environment can be configured.
