How to locate a local IP Ali cloud RDSforMySQL

High Security Mode setting IP whitelist whitelist

1. Login RDS Management Console .
2. In the upper left corner of the page, select the region where the instance.
3. Find the target instance, click the instance ID.
4. In the left navigation bar select data security.
5. Subsequent operations according to the following connection scenarios.

 

 

Locate a local public network IP address of the device

1. Add the company public network segment or RDS MySQL 0.0.0.0/0 whitelist or MariaDB TX instance, details, see whitelist .
   Description 0.0.0.0/0 representation allows any device to access RDS instance, there are security risks, please use caution. If used, it should be promptly removed from the whitelist.
2. In a local device, or the command line using the client connected to the RDS instance.

   mysql -hRDS连接地址 -u账户 -p密码 -P3306

   
3. Query process information.

   show processlist

   As shown below,  the row corresponding to show processlist where the  Host is the real IP address of the local device outlet.

   
4. Step 1 added to the whitelist 0.0.0.0/0 entry deleted, added on real local public network IP.
