1. Create a new application users in apps:
Terminal cd apps --- >> python ../../manage.py startapp users
Note path as shown below: because manage.py and meiduo_mall package is the same level, and application users in apps package is built here, so it's time to return to meiduo_mall ../ package, in order to once again ../ meiduo_mall project-level directory .
