Cphalcon 4.0.0 release, PHP C extensions Web framework

Cphalcon 4.0.0 was released. Cphalcon is an open source Web framework, as the C language PHP extension that provides higher performance and lower resource consumption.

The new content includes:

• In  Phalcon\Model::findFirstBy* and  Phalcon\Model::findBy* adds the ability to pass parameters in the process.
• Add  Phalcon\Helper\Str::decrement to or remove from a string of digital numbers reduced.
• New Exception storage and enter  Phalcon\Domain\Payload\* .
• In the  Phalcon\Http\Cookie constructor and add an array of options  getOptions and  setOptions .
• In  Phalcon\Http\Response\Cookies the  set() added option data.
