Step 3: Install erlang, select the directory need to be stored, and then all the way to next
Step Four: Configure environment variables erlang
Step 5: Install rabbitmq, select the storage directory, all the way to next
Step Six: Enter the sbin directory under the installation rabbitmq
Open cmd, enter: rabbitmq-plugins enable rabbitmq_management （注：一定要用cmd，powershell不行，反正我的不行）
open the browser: Input:http://localhost:15672/ 账号密码都是guest
