Bulk data file into SqlServer Solutions

Restrictions: Only those who have full access to a library server and can only SqlServer2012, may need permission bulkadmin role or the sysadmin role and open the bulk-logged mode via an external host SSMS client operations.
Need to connect Excel files and flat files drive, the server has a directory of SSIS.
