NVivo is a support software Qualitative research methods and data mixed research methods. How should I do?
NVivo rely on the default printer to work properly. When you open a source or node in the project, NVivo will access the printer's default settings to display the contents of the node or source. Make sure you have installed the printer on the computer (and printer as the default). Note that it does not have to be a physical printer.
To select the default printer:
Open the Control Panel
Windows 10 / Windows 8- Press the Windows key + X, and then click Control Panel.
Windows 7- Click the Start button, and then click Control Panel.
Under Hardware and Sound, click View devices and printers.
note:
This step assumes control panel to view by category. If it is set to view by icons, simply click Devices and Printers.
A green check mark shows which printer is set as the default printer.
To set the printer as the default printer, right-click the desired image of the printer, and then click Set as Default Printer.
If you do not install the printer, select Microsoft XPS Document Writer as the default printer.
Provide the following information in support of the request:
If you open NVivo node crashes, whether the issue all nodes / some nodes have taken place.
Screenshot of the error message (if any). You can press Alt + Print Screen (as on some keyboards PrtScn) capture screen shots, and then paste it into Word or WordPad document and save it. Save the document to your support request.
