3, after-sales application

Baidu's online computer sales customer service, turned engineer, as he was asked to do two tests. This morning, to an engineer, examined the motherboard, hard drive, detect possible problem is that SSDs unstable, but the self-test computer, boot no reaction; bad wiring board, can not be switched. After removing the hard drive to re-accord, successfully detected; motherboard rubbed with an eraser to remove a few joints, put back, the computer starts successfully.

The solution presented followed by: (1) the computer starts successfully, you can normally use, does not rule out the possibility of failure occur again; (2) recording the issue, motherboard and hard drive may be defective; (3) advance backup SSD data, if the next fails, arrange to come directly replace the motherboard and solid state drives.
