How to resolve reference warning when acquiring new projects .net

1. Execute the following command in Nuge package management console

Update-Package -reinstall

 

 2. If this is not successful, the following

  (1) Project name ---> right ---> Uninstall project

  (2) Project name ---> right ---> Edit XXX.csproj

         AntiXssLibrary.dll found this reference is derived from the following file, put the file in the appropriate directory under the project file
