Property management module design
business functions: Property management is the focus of basic information management, real estate management requires not only real estate information, but also information on BAN and housing information for maintenance. A house with a BAN information must correspond to the information, a BAN information must correspond to a real estate information. In real estate information management page, you can see the entire state under the Housing estate, property manager can make a better grasp of the overall housing situation and BAN information.
Operation User: property management
business scenario:
Action 1: Property Administrator login to the system, enter the basic information management module, and click on the real estate information management;
Action 2: enter the real estate information management details page will display the name of real estate information in the details page, location information, coding information, etc., will further show BAN information and Housing in functional areas;
operation 3: click BAN information, you can add BAN, BAN name when filling out the required new forms BAN, floor Building address, number of layers BAN, BAN households, BAN-owned real estate information, optional fill BAN administrator, BAN notes and other information.

CONCLUSIONS
This paper completed the design of the system architecture, the main function module design, database design in the system design. In the system described in the SSM art architecture framework designed residential property management system of FIG five tiers; functionality of the seven categories of business scenarios described in the main function modules, the system function given class diagram thumbnail .
