File permissions and ownership of
the general file permissions:
r: read the contents of the file permissions.
w: for permission to modify the contents of the file
x: If the script file, an executable script file specific
directories:
r: can not read the file permissions in the directory list
w: can not come within the new directory, delete and rename files permission
x: can not change directory permissions
