It is reported that, Mesa 19.2.5 introduces support for LLVMpipe the PowerPC 64-bit, so the large code model LLVM JIT compiler for shaders, such as for GNOME Shell and large processes such as Firefox, the medium / small code model may solve space problems. It does not have any measurable impact on the performance of LLVMpipe use of larger code model, but when the submission is backported to Mesa 19.2 series, commit has brought some problems.
Due to the changes, Mesa 19.2.5 finally introduced on PPC64LE a compilation error, but now the problem has been resolved, 19.2.6 version has also been released immediately.
