oracle DG View the delay time
SQL> select value from v$dataguard_stats where name='apply lag';
E.g:
SQL> select value from v$dataguard_stats where name='apply lag';
VALUE
----------------------------------------------------------------
+00 00:00:00
Because it is build their own tests DG, there is no delay time.
