Cone crusher is the main crusher machine in secondary crushing process, the reliable working of cone crusher can make the whole production line having high output, and prolong the machine service. Therefore, the lubriation of cone crusher is very important.
1. Lubrication: The rapid abrasion is produced between shaft and shaft sleeve,main shaft and spider bushing, head center and bearing bush, eccentric sleeve and straight sleeve, upper thrust plate and lower thrust plate, bevel gear and pinion. In order to prevent wear and tear of spare parts,operators need to add enough lubrication oil between two sliding surfaces to separate the relative sliding surface of spare parts, thus can reduce wear and tear.
2. Cooling: Lubrication oil can take heat back into the tank,return into machine after cooling by cooling device.
3. Cleaning: Lubrication oil can bring carbide,oil sludge,wear metal particles on cone crusher wear parts back into machine fuel tank through its flow, wash the dirt on the working face.
4. Antirust and anticorrosion: Lubrication oil can be adsorbed into the surface of wear parts to prevent water, air, acidic material and harmful gas.
5. Wear-resistant: Add lubricant into friction surface to reduce friction coefficient and friction resistance, which can save energy consumption,reduce wear and tear. Lubricant can reduce surface fatigue, adhesive wear and tear caused by friction on abrasive surface.
