Shell logon information

 

Local terminal login information: / etx / issue (only on tty1-tty6 effective, remote login is invalid)

   \ D displays the current system date  

  \ S displays the operating system name

  \ L display terminal No. login

  \ M display hardware architecture

  \ N display hostname

  \ O Display domain

  \ R displays the kernel version

  \ T displays the current system time

  \ U Displays the current logged-in user's serial number

 

Remote terminal login: /etx/issue.net 

 

  Escape can not be used in file /etx/issue.net

  Whether to display the logon information in the ssh configuration file / etc / ssh / sshd_config decision, adding "Banner /etc/issue.net" line before they can be displayed.

 

Welcome message after login: / etc / motd

  Log on locally and remote login can be displayed in this welcome message.
