行癫在今年5月宣告,从阿里云到阿里巴巴的云,阿里云的新定位是——阿里巴巴经济体的技术底座,阿里巴巴所有技术和产品的输出平台。

新定位有两层含义,行癫透露,目前阿里60%-70%流量跑在公有云上,阿里计划用1到2年时间让所有流量都跑在公有云上,这是阿里集团去年做的决定。

腾讯云的关键词:云被BG化、成人礼

从进攻者的角度来看,腾讯云完成了心态和身份的转变,成为国内无可争议的第二大云厂商。 

但唯一不变的是“战略性卡位”,涉及到对重要的行业和业务板块用资本的方式加强和生态伙伴的信任纽带,自上而下。比较典型的行业是政府和金融。

「腾讯产业加速+资本」的双重方式促成合作伙伴和腾讯形成更多联动。腾讯曾在 2 个月的时间内投资了北明软件、东华软件和长亮科技这三家公司。今年以来,腾讯SaaS加速器发展迅猛。

2018年9月30日,腾讯启动了史上第三次架构调整,腾讯云与零售、教育、医疗等板块被整合进新成立的云与智慧产业事业群(CSIG),该事业群一度成为了腾讯内部人员流入最多的事业群。

邱跃鹏曾对雷锋网(公众号:雷锋网)提到,这次调整对腾讯的意义非常巨大,其中最核心的改变是原来以产品为核心去构建组织结构,到现在以客户为中心去构建组织结构。 

就像马化腾在架构调整后的2018年10月31日那封公开信中说的:腾讯的业务接口更加集中,合作规则更加清晰。 

在这个思维转变之下,腾讯云和产业互联网的团队聚合在一起,做了很多优化,比如零售云和智慧零售团队的整合,形成了一支队伍。产品矩阵之间的边界没有之前那么清晰了,但是与腾讯业务沟通现在有了统一的接口,有了事情知道去找谁,这个人会牵头去组织后方的资源,架构调整的效果逐步显现。 

腾讯总裁刘炽平强调过腾讯不做“颠覆者”。 

邱跃鹏觉得,CSIG构建以客户为中心的组织形态,也包含了这一部分内容:客户原来可能有自己的Partner,但是这些Partner本身也缺乏新的云的科技,腾讯云也会跟这些Partner合作,帮他们做得更好。 

这便意味着,腾讯云的业务拓展是两条线同时进行:一条自己开拓,另一条交给Partner。据悉,目前腾讯有6000+的代理商,有很多是原来的ISV,长期保持好的合作关系。 

2019年是腾讯云的里程碑,重要表现之一是腾讯全网服务器总量已经超过100万台,中国首家,全球5家之一;另外,腾讯的带宽峰值也突破了100T,是中国第一家达到100T的公司。 

通过云交付企业级服务和消费级服务,是腾讯产业互联网的标配。 

百度云的关键词:落地由点到线、AI 出口         

百度云经历了几次更名,比如百度开放云、百度云、百度智能云,但是业界更习惯了“百度云”这种叫法。 

2018年底,百度宣布将智能云从事业部(ACU)升级为事业群组(ACG),同时承载AI To B业务和云业务。 

架构调整后的这一年,百度云的增速可圈可点,基本也没有出现大规模的宕机事件,就连2019年春晚的红包大战,百度云也硬是抗住了流量高峰。 

百度云是百度大脑的云化,其云计算的背后就是百度整体的AI战略,而不仅仅是孤立的放在一个激烈的云计算市场环境中去看待。 

一位从事云计算产业研究的人士表示,近两年,百度云在张亚勤、尹世明的带领下取得了一定成果,金融领域和工业大客户方面都有较大进展。 

尹世明在今年7月的百度AI开发者大会上提到,百度已成为单季度收入突破10亿最快的云厂商,成为行业大玩家,和AI相关的云专利,全国第一。此前基本保持一个季度前进一位的速率(在2018年Q4为国内第五,在2019年Q1已成为国内第四),但是往后走竞争会更加激烈。 

“云+AI”矩阵式打法是百度鲜明的特色,人们会像拥抱蒸汽机、电力、拥抱二进制、拥抱芯片一样拥抱AI。而百度智能云是把AI能力释放出来,某种程度上说,AI优于云,云是一个底托。

构建一个To B的体系是最根本的,To B产品有较长的生命周期管理诉求,销售市场、服务体系、运营体系都需要重新构建。尹世明深以为然。 

百度云副总经理、产业智能化业务负责人李硕此前告诉雷锋网,百度智能云从去年开始到现在做得最多的事情,就是思考和研究怎么把人工智能由一个落地点变成一条落地线,这才是真正让AI商业化跨过鸿沟非常重要的环节。 

华为云的关键词:呼唤炮火、勇敢去做

华为是一直保持战斗的调性的,比如强调危机意识(任正非发表《华为的冬天》),倡导末尾淘汰制。 

在华为心声社区,一直贴着一段讲话,即2019年7月19-20日《任总在运营商BG组织变革研讨会上的讲话》。

里面写到:华为的市场改革之所以重要,在于70%的作战权力下放到了代表处,成“将军”的机会就多了,通过这次改革一定是英雄辈出。包括业务连续性攻关中,也要在研发大规模提拔一批人,这就是“拼刺刀”,这就是经过“战争”考验。通过3-5年,华为公司一定会换一次“血”。 

任正非是很有野心的,一直想让华为云“称霸”。但是在“权要听得见炮声,钱要体现公司意志”的逻辑下,华为云的动作却显得小心谨慎。 

华为云做云计算已经11年了,但心声社区里,内部员工说华为云“人生目标变幻莫测”,不忍见其余友商距离越拉越大。 

据说,任正非为此还批评过郑叶来,希望他别太保守。 

实际上,放到市场上比较的是公有云,而华为不是不做公有云,而是没有大规模去做,之前政务云和企业云都是的,在海外和国际运营商合作的公有云也算。 

这是华为的商业模式的设计问题。 

华为最关键的客户是谁?电信运营商。一旦大力发展公有云,势必对客户的业务形成冲击及竞争。运营商毕竟在做公有云。 

“抢客户市场”最为忌讳,不好交代。这是其早期对云业务发展但不发力的根源。 

2017年3月,华为创始人任正非签发的一份“关于CloudBU组织变动的通知”揭开了华为云业务的新面纱:CloudBU正式迁移至华为集团下,成为一层组织。

而作为战略业务,按照华为内部人士的说法是“三年赶超某友商,跻身世界云五强”。

调整之后,华为云的地位进一步提升,更放得开手脚了,而且还获得了多方支持,比如芯片。继去年连发昇腾910和310后,象征着“暴力美学计算力”的Atlas900集群在今年9月正式发布,首先就放在华为云上提供,可按需使用、即时开通。

 

“什么是差异化?”这是华为今天从领导到员工天天挑战郑叶来的问题。他找到了“极致性价比”一词来概括用户的根本需求。

华为决定要做一件事情的时候,投入的力度是有目共睹的。 

贾永利是华为云EI(企业智能)服务产品部总经理,华为轮值董事长徐直军曾专门提到,华为的昇腾910芯片就是为贾永利团队做的,如果客户去市场上买板卡,再来提供云服务,哪有那么高的毛利呢?不亏就不错了。 

郑叶来说,云服务未来一定是短板战略。他的话,表明了华为要做全,绝不留一个漏洞。

没有规矩的云行业正变得更好

“商业策略有所为有所不为”。 

这句话是华为的计算产业策略,放到整个云行业来看,大家特色也都不一。 

企业角度,阿里云强调了不做SaaS,腾讯云说自己不会抢partner生意,百度云将往又细又重的工业智能方向走,华为不抢运营商地盘也承诺过不做股权投资。 

华为的这种克制与其“黑土地”的定位一致,但是从其内部来讲,只是做横“一”,水平上面套水平,客户最后一公里永远touch不到,这个可能有一些问题。阿里有数梦、袋鼠云、驻云、斑马等生态去打通最后一公里,华为云却没有这种策略。 

行业角度,从IaaS上来讲,底层差异化会越来越小甚至消失,因为底层本身没有行业属性,各家的计算、存储、网络资源非常接近,对于大部分客户来讲是一个“够用就OK”的状态。 

而同质化竞争带来的是什么?价格战。 

2017年-2018年,是云计算行业价格战打的最凶猛的时候,尤其是CDN领域被价格阴云笼罩,此外政务云领域1元中标的“黑天鹅事件”频出。 洗牌的结果是,一大批小厂商纷纷死掉,退出行业;网宿科技、帝联科技等CDN巨头重组分拆业务;阿里云一跃成为国内最大的CDN公司......
