3 近两成码农想逃离北上广

随着新一线城市基础设施不断完善、福利政策的利好、薪资标准的提升,对一线城市技术人才的吸引力逐渐加大,不少活跃在北上广深的一线城市的程序员(俗称码农),开始把目光投向新一线城市。

BOSS直聘的数据显示,考虑“逃离”北上广的码农,最期望去的城市是杭州,其次是武汉、郑州、长沙、西安。

据BOSS直聘研究院的数据统计,2019年前三个季度,在一线城市技术岗位中,14.0%技术人才的下一份期望城市都选择了新一线城市。

这与此前2019年应届毕业生数据“不谋而合”,在今年毕业的应届生里,近四成首选新 线城市发展,而一线城市应届生吸引力首次跌破30%。

一线城市的码农和应届生将新一线城市作为定居生活的选择之一,已不是新鲜事。毕竟京沪越来越严格的户籍政策、高压的工作环境和高额的生活成本,都成为技术人才动摇的原因之一。

另一面,新一线城市的“新经济”岗位容量正在快速提升,薪资水平的提高,各项配套设施逐步完善,成为一线城市较高收入群体——码农的“心之所向”。
