Node 13.0 has been released, this version marks the Node.js 12.x into long-term support (LTS). 12.x now entering the "Active LTS", while 13.0 version will not be extended to the LTS.
- V8 upgrade: V8 update to the V8 7.8
- Full ICU is enabled by default
- Stable Workers API
- Using the newer C ++ features and take advantage of the newer compiler optimization and security enhancements
