About SQL Server WMI error not connected -cannot connect to WMI provider

Background problems: on the computer installed a new SQLserver 2016, I opened the installed ready to connect to (local) but does not appear in the server name is the local server (such as below left), so I need to turn to some of the SQL server configuration command operation (next elaborate), the result of an error encountered problems (such as below right)

Solving steps:

      1. Run cmd (as an administrator), enter the file directory C: \ Program Files (x86) \ in the Microsoft SQL Server \ 130 \ Shared (Note: this is my SQLserver 2016 version, the 2008 version should find the corresponding folder 100, the 2012 version should be into the folder 110)

     2. Go to the specified directory, ready to execute the command mofcomp sqlmgmproviderxpsp2up.mof, if successful, will display the following figure

But if the execution occurs mofcomp not an internal or external command error resolution steps click My Computer, right click Properties -> Advanced Options -> Environment Variables -> System Variables -> Edit path, later adding ';% SystemRoot% \ system32 \ Wbem; '(single quote not) ends.

Finally, restart the computer, and repeat steps 1 and 2 on it.
