Solution
Enter the database manager in windows authentication mode
Right-click [Server] and select [Properties]
Modify server authentication [SQL Server and Windows authentication mode], enable SQL Server login
Reboot, the configuration takes effect
Right-click [Server] and select [Restart]
After restarting, connect again using the login
