Google cloud connection with Xshell

Google cloud server, the default SSH were linked with a browser, and does not inform the password. For example to Centos, first using a browser connection

1, modify the password to the root

1 sudo passwd root

2, edit the configuration file ssh

sudo nano /etc/ssh/sshd_config

The foregoing comments PermitRootLogin removed, and then no change yes

The foregoing comments PubkeyAuthentication removed, and then no change yes

The foregoing comments PasswordAuthentication removed, and then no change yes

3, Exit Ctrl + X, save Y, do not change the file name directly enter.

4, restart the SSH service

sudo systemctl restart sshd.service

You can use Xshell by IP, user name and password to log in!
