Coordinate system changes after the vector tile map services published

Posted vector tile map in two ways:

1. Posted vector tile (toolbar: Share-> Publish Web Layer) by ArcGIS Pro;
2. First make .vtpk tiles off the map pack, and then upload publishing services through ArcGIS Enterprise. 

　　The second approach after the release of the service by the coordinate system directly into a projected coordinate system. Tile which can not be Chinese name, although often release service is normal, but occasionally encounter the situation after the service release coordinate system changed, we suggest naming the unified local experience both English name.
