Faster Report fill gaps
Recently a colleague asked me to fill gaps in the report of the way,
Since we are using "FASTREPORT®.NET" (http://www.fast-report.com/en/),
There were originally function can fill in the blank.
Methods as below:
1- in the original data area plus one sub report (Child)
2- reports are designated the complement number of blank lines - Minimum data row
But not as good as the number of count data,
This applies only way to fill gaps single page,
If the data will not be spread more to fill the gap (because the data is greater than the minimum ratio of the number of rows of data).
Then "FASTREPORT®.NET" has provided another approach,
Regardless of data items,
Simply fill a blank page.
Methods as below:
Added packet 1- (group) in the original data area, and the packet without affecting the original data (data not to cut)
2- bottom plus plus one sub-packet report (Child)
3- designated sub-reports - did not try to fill space
After the report is available on normal
That are equally fill the blank sub-reports,
Use different ways, likely to cause users do not understand,
So "FASTREPORT®.NET" sub-report when put in different blocks, the color is not the same.
After the data set is orange,
In the packet is green.
