Windows focused solutions to the problem of failure

1, as an administrator to run PowerShell .

2, enter the command Get-AppxPackage.
3, enter the command Add-AppxPackage –disabledevelopment –register.
4. Provide Path parameter.
My Path parameter C:\WINDOWS\SystemApps\Microsoft.Windows.ContentDeliveryManager_cw5n1h2txyewy\AppxManifest.xml.
