I was watching the learning video, and the headset was airpods2. Suddenly the headset failed. I clicked on the control panel in the lower right corner of Windows 10 and found that the Bluetooth option had disappeared. The specific situation is shown in the figure:
Solution
The first step in solving the problem is to determine the source of the problem. After my analysis of this problem, there are two possibilities:
- Software problem
1. First, I installed the driver and tested it. After restarting the computer several times, I found that it has nothing to do with the driver.
2. Secondly, because it is a new computer, I choose to reset the computer to the state it just left the factory. The result still fails.
At this point we can be sure that the problem is not a software problem
- Hardware problem
After Baidu, it is speculated that the Bluetooth and wireless network card of my computer (model ThinkPadE490) share the same driver, which caused a conflict.At this point we have located the problem
Solve the problem
Restart the computer, enter the BIOS interface (different computer models, different access methods, you can use Baidu), find the WLAN option, and set it toablechange intodisableAfter that, turn it on again. At this time, I found that the disappeared Bluetooth option has returned. Then restart again, enter the BIOS interface, find the option we just modified, and putdisableChange backableAfter saving and booting.
