analysis

  Greedy, can only affect each rotation of unhappy people at both ends of the range, that is, each rotation make the most satisfaction plus 2, as long as people are not satisfied, we will be able to find such a range, so that satisfaction plus 2, so the answer is min (initial satisfaction + 2 * K, N - 1)
