Use Azure Virtual Machine Installation Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement four: Organizational Unit Services Installation account settings

Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement installation process will create some components, create a list of components refer to the official documentation: the Install or upgrade in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Server . Under Components, installation and so need to account planning, of course, can not use a domain administrator account to install and run the service, such information does not comply with the basic safety requirements. There are some security considerations, but also need to grant the necessary permissions. Account luoyong \ crmadmin, for installing Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Microsoft SQL Server;

Account luoyong \ Windows services and application pool crmsvc, for running Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement related;

Account luoyong \ Services sqlsvc, for running Microsoft SQL Server-related.

First we create these three accounts domain controller servers to create luoyong \ crmadmin example.

In [Server Manager]> [dashboard]> [Tools] menu, click [Active Directory Users and Computers].

 

 

Expand and select Users in Active Directory Users and Computers, and then click on the New User command bar icon

 

 

I enter the following information and click [Next] button,

 

 

I'm here to cancel the default [user must change password at next logon] option, and select the [Password never expires] option and click [Next] button.

 

 

Click [Finish] button.

 

 

Then create luoyong \ crmsvc and luoyong \ sqlsvc account in the same way.

Then right-click luoyong.com, select [New]> [OU].

 

 

Take a meaningful name, click the OK button.

 

 

Then right-click the organizational unit you just created and select Delegate Control []:

 

 

Welcome page click on the Next button, adding to install Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement account in the user or set of pages, I have here is [email protected], and then click Next.

 

 

Select [create, delete and manage groups] and [] to modify the group membership after two task click [Next] button.

 

 

In the following page, click [Finish] button.
