After Thingsboard Docker closed to restart the service to create network error

Because individuals want to verify whether thingsboard data is stored in postgres, the container postgres will stop, you can not restart after the restart want

I simply delete the entire system after re-do it again, in the time trial found it impossible to re-create the container

Creating network "docker_default" with the default driver
ERROR: Failed to Setup IP tables: Unable to enable SKIP DNAT rule: (iptables failed: iptables --wait -t nat -I DOCKER -i br-d0136fb5e044 -j RETURN: iptables: No chain/target/match by that name.
