Software testing work cycle

Hello everyone, I'm XI.

This chapter begins officially into our testing. Well, today we take a look at the work cycle test engineer. Come with me ~

Remember this picture it? In the "software life cycle construes" section of this chart we did a detailed description Oh, did not see or forget quickly go back and look again, not repeat them here.

That test in any place where it? Have you ever noticed? There is a process " quality inspector examination (test) " This is a test Oh, in fact, there is a test that is " Heart get the clothes start to try and see if there are quality problems (test) "; this can be considered a test of it. Are for product testing, to detect whether the target.

Some people may ask Heart customers Yeah, how did she tested it? In fact, the role of the test is the "imitation" of customers, customers to buy things we need to meet customer requirements, the customer receives the goods must be checked whether the mind, before then in order to improve customer satisfaction, we need to be delivered to customers inside there are so to play the role of a client, check in advance whether the customers will meet at the mind, and thus there is a software test this post.

In summary, the test engineer is standing customer use and demand point of test software, report the problem . Report problem is the so-called bug (as to why the problem called bug, I will mark the end of the article)

Speaking before the testing process, let's clear a few concepts:

01

Software Test Engineer goal:

Find software defects as early as possible, and make sure it can be repaired. The other is collected throughout the software life cycle information and prepared for the archives (see below for specific testing purposes)

02

Testing purposes:

Find software defects as early as possible, check whether the system needs to collect the item / The group of useful information (for example: developers coding practices which need to improve, the current mode of operation meets the project / team).

03

testing object:

Program / project / product

File

data

  1. bug的概念:所谓“(Bug)”,是指程序中隐藏的错误或者缺陷;

  3. hang bug: For existing technical architecture does not support, the cost of solving large defects can decide whether to suspend the product manager, left to solve later. Specific to solve what time is determined by the product manager.
