1 download plsql

I downloaded the http://files.allroundautomations.com/plsqldev1306x64.msi
2 Download Instant Client and then find a place to decompress
3 Double-click to open the PLSQL, then click cancle
configure-->preferences 设置oracle home 和 OCI Library 。
OCI Library Set contents: OCI.dll path after decompression Instant Client
oracle home set contents: Instant Client Files directory after decompression.
4 Close plserver developer, opened again.
Enter the user name and password
Fill database format at: 192.168.0.1:1521/ instance name
5 If you find Chinese garbled
Perform the following statement in plsql in select userenv ( 'language') from dual
6 Set Environment Variables
My Computer -> Properties -> Advanced System Settings -> Advanced -> Environment Variables -> System Variables
Add the following variables, the value here is equal to just check out the value.
If you need to restart windows system settings to take effect.
