Small micro-channel real-time program will be compiled into less wxss

1, npm yarn or global mounting wxss-cli　

npm install -g wxss-cli

2, run waxes-cli command (mp_wx small program directory)

wxss ./mp_wx

　Real-time monitoring or .less .css files under mp_wx directory, the file is converted to .wxss

　.css or .less file syntax can use less

　less irreversible turn wxss file
