BIND9 manual

1.

recursion yes | no; when the switch is closed, the zone can only respond to local records, if you need a query from an external failure is returned. I.e. the switch closed indicates dns server does not provide an iterative or recursive (Forward) query.

2. view

Order view statement is very important, a user's request will be answered in the first view that it matches.

If there is no profile view statement, the IN will automatically generate a default view class match to any user, in any given highest profile zone is seen as part of this statement is the default view. If there is an external view statements, all of the domain view must be in view to generate an internal statement.

This would explain, if the view statement configuration, this time does not generate the default view, at this time if the client does not match to any view, you will receive a response refuse.
