cell style setting python xlwt

Alignment xlwt use in setting the alignment of the cell, wherein horz represents the horizontal alignment, vertical alignment on behalf Vert.
VERT_TOP = 0x00 upper alignment
VERT_CENTER = 0x01 centered (vertically)
VERT_BOTTOM = 0x02 low end aligned
HORZ_LEFT = 0x01 left justified
HORZ_CENTER = 0x02 centered (horizontally)
HORZ_RIGHT right alignment = 0x03
