Visual Studio 2019 16.2.2 is mainly to solve two problems, the first question as follows:

- Fixed an issue Visual Studio to stop responding during shutdown
CVE-2019-1211: Git for Visual Studio Elevation of Privilege Vulnerability
When Git for Visual Studio does not correctly parse the configuration file, it exists to enhance the privilege vulnerability. An attacker who successfully exploited this vulnerability could execute code in the context of another local user. To attack this vulnerability, an attacker authenticated Git need to modify the configuration files on the system before the application is fully installed. Then, the attacker would need to convince another user on the system to perform a specific Git command. This update addresses the issue through the required permissions to edit the configuration file changes.
