chattr command, i add a lock latch and processing methods and Function

Chattr command locks using some important system files or directories, the command format:
chattr [-R & lt] +/- I / A document
-R: recursively modify all files and subdirectories, which is optional.
+: Increases extended attributes;
-: reduce extended attributes;
i: After the read-only attribute, increase the property, including any person not entitled to write to change the root user;
